Rick's (my dad) Pozole
1 can pozole (29oz)
1 can red chili sauce (28oz)
1 can ortega chilis (4oz)
1 can diced tomatoes (14oz)
1 quart chicken broth
1 onion
spices (to personal taste preference):
cumin
oregano
salt
1 pound pork
4 cloves garlic
1 portuguese pork bone or hamhock
2 lemons juiced
1 can red chili sauce (28oz)
1 can ortega chilis (4oz)
1 can diced tomatoes (14oz)
1 quart chicken broth
1 onion
spices (to personal taste preference):

salt
1 pound pork

2 lemons juiced
Add the garlic and spices, brown the pork in the pot with some olive oil.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a slow simmer - cook for about 1-2 hours.
