Startup madness

If you've got tons of programs starting-up when Windows starts AND you'd like to remove or change some...here are a couple links to help.

I found myself doing so this morning - just thought I'd share my methods.

A couple of commands you may need for this process are Start>Run>msconfig.exe click OK (Window shown in screenshot) & Start>Run>regedit.exe click OK (command executed, program already running in screenshot).
